1. Scope of Warranty
1.1 Software and Services
We warrant that our cybersecurity software and services will perform substantially in accordance with the specifications outlined in the product documentation.
1.2 Hardware
For hardware products, we warrant that they will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse.
- Modifications or alterations to the product not authorized by ParaEdge.
- Products that have not been properly installed, configured, or maintained according to our instructions.
- All the hardware sold comes with different specific waranties based on the product, all the warranty are subject to specific brand.
- All refurbished products comes with 7 days of warranty only, physical damage, burn out & no power not covered under warranty.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
3.1 Software and Services
If you believe that our cybersecurity software or services do not meet the warranty outlined in Section 1, please contact our customer support at info@parasecure.com within 10 days of the date of purchase, we’ll fix as per the discussed scope of service.
3.2 Hardware
To make a warranty claim for hardware products, please follow the instructions provided in the product documentation. Contact our customer support at info@parasecure.com for assistance.
4. Remedies
4.1 Software and Services
If a warranty claim is valid, we will, at our option, either:
- Repair the software or services.
- Replace the software or services.
- Refund the purchase price.
4.2 Hardware
If a warranty claim is valid, we will, at our option, either:
- Repair the defective hardware.
- Replace the defective hardware with a new or refurbished product.
- Refund the purchase price.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund, as specified in Section 4. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
6. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
