1. Refund Policy

1.1 Software and Service Purchases

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible within 3 days from the date of purchase for software and service subscriptions, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • Conditions for Refund:

    • The product or service must be defective or not as described.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@parasecure.com within the specified timeframe.
    • Any bundled or complimentary products or services included with the purchase must be returned as well.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Downloadable software products after the download has been initiated.
    • Services that have been performed or completed or installation initiated.

1.2 Hardware and Physical Products

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for hardware and physical products are not eligible.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • please refer the refund policies.
    • If service request received by the buyer then refund won’t be possible.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Downloadable software products after the download has been initiated.
    • Services that have been performed or completed.

2.2 Hardware and Physical Products

  • Return Eligibility:  Retun of hardware & physical products are not possible, please refer the refund & return policies.
